Keeping Elections 2019 , Indian National Congress Party has opened a website for collecting information to prepare Manifesto. It is a appeal to the people of the Nation to send their suggestions to produce in Manifesto.
On behalf NUGDS , it is requested all GDS & Departmental employees to write a single sentence regarding abolition of Rule 3 A (i) of Conduct & Engagement Rules in this manner
