NUGDS Joint Circle Working Committee Meeting of AP & Telangana Circles : #Resolutions
NUGDS Joint Circle Working Committee Meeting of AP & Telangana Circles was held at Vijay Residency,Narasaraopet on 21.09.2018 under presidentship of Sri.S.Yogeswara Rao , Circle Working President AP Circle.
Sri.N.Ranga Rao ASP(R) ,Narasaraopet Division attended as Chief guest and addressed the gathering.Sri.P.Rajender Reddy ,President Telangana Circle NUGDS ,Sri.Ch.Laxmi Narayana President CHQ&CS AP Circle,Sri.I.Vasantha Rao CS Telangana Circle, Sri.A.Veeranjaneyulu Dep.CS NUPE PM&MTS,Sri.Y.V.Ramana Dep.CS AP Circle, Sri.K.V.Ramana Dep.CS Telangana Circle attended as guests.Both the circle secretaries discussed about the anomalies in the GDS report which were approved by the Government of India.
Circle Working Committee members , Divisional/Branch Secretaries from both the circles have attended and expressed their views and suggestions regarding present GDS situation.
House made the following resolutions.
1.Removal of Rule 3A (i) of GDS Conduct & Engagement Rules,2011 for grant of 8 hours duty to all Gramin Dak Sevaks.This should be the first demand in the future course of agitation programmes.
2.If GDS JCA could not proposed indefinite strike,NUGDS CHQ should issue a notice for indefinite strike on 10.10.2018.
3.The following issues should be taken on legal ground in the court of law.
a)Removal of Conduct & Engagement Rules,2011 particularly Rule 3A.
b) Grant of new DA for the peiod 1.1.2016 to 30.06.2018
c) Pay Committee recommendations should be implemented from 1.1.2016.
d) Arrear calculation should be modified as done in the previous committees.
e) Applicability of Gratuity Act'1972 to GDS cadre.
f) MACP for 12,24,36 years provision should be extended to GDS as recommended by GDS Committee .
4. RICT problems should be immediately taken up with Circle/Directorate administration.
