Dear all, 

On 23.9.20 met CPMG and served notice for our circle conference at Vizag from Nov 3 to 5. After that discussed various issues and details are as follow. 

1. GDS rejected cases CRC is going on and nearly 400 cases will be considered in first phase. This order will be issued today or tomorrow. Many cases are yet to be forwarded by the divisions under  Vijayawada region. Hence all DS of FNPO should monitor the issue. 

2. NFG HSG I promotion orders will be issued today or tomorrow. 

3. Accounts lane LSG DPC will be conducted by the end of this month. 

4. Rule 38 transfers are under scrutiny.

5.many divisions not forwarding GDS SDBS and GDS GIS claims. Hence all are requested to take intiation for forwarding same to DAP for sanction. 

6. We demanded not to Shift PSD from Vijayawada to Rajahmundry and sir assured positivrly. 

7. We demanded for seperate room in GRAMA Sachivalayam for BO insted common area. 

8. Inter regional LSG reallotment process completed and intra regional allotments will be issued today or tomorrow. 

9. There nearly 72 vacancies in LSG and another promotion order is going to be released soon. 

10. Network will be provided to Neelanagaram So in Parvatipuram division within a week.
