NAPEGroup'C' General Secretary Sri.D.Kishan Rao Letter to Secretary , DoP: GDS to work as Officiating Postal Assistant.
National Union only demanded this issue.
No other Union / Federation not suggested to work these GDS as Officiating PA.
we demanded before the GDS Pay Committee headed by Sri.Kamalesh Chandra as follows...
"The GDS employees are permitted to officiate in the Group D and Postman vacancies. The recruitment rules of Postal Assistant permits the GDS employees to be recruited as PAs by competitive examinations and hence it is a feeder cadre".
