జి.డి.యస్.పే కమీషన్ 1/1/2016 నుండి అమలు చెయ్యాలి : CAT, Hyderabad.
National Unions , GDS Legal Committee filed two cases in Hon'ble CAT , Hyderabad to implement Kamalesh Chandra Committee from 1/1/2016 and both the OAs were admitted by the Hon'ble CAT on 23.09.2019.
కమలేష్ చంద్ర కమిటీ సిఫార్సు లను ది.1/1/2016 నుండి అమలు చెయ్యాలని నేషనల్ యూనియన్ల జి.డి.యస్ లీగల్ కమిటీ హైదరబాద్ CAT నందు AP & Telangana సర్కిల్స్ తరపున వేసిన రెండు కేసులను గౌరవ ట్రిబ్యూనల్ ది.23/09/2019 నాడు అడ్మిట్ చెయ్యటం జరిగింది

The following are the advantages of these cases.
ఈ కేసుల వలన కలిగే ప్రయోజనాలు ఈ క్రింద విదంగా ఉంటాయి.
• Implementation of New Wage Scales from 1/1/2016 i.e, Rs.10,000/- , Rs.12,000/- and Rs.14,500/-.
• నూతన వేజ స్కేల్ లు రు.10,000 , రు.12,000 మరియు రు.14,500 ది.1/1/2016 నుండి అమలు చెయ్యాలి.
• Increment 3% to GDS w.e.f 1/1/2016 , those who are working on or before 1/1/2016
• ఇంక్రిమెంట్ 3% ను గత పే కమీషన్ మాదిరిగా 1/1/2016 నాటికి ఉధ్యోగం లో ఉన్న జి.డి.యస్ కు 1/1/2016 నుండి కల్పించాలి.
• Increment 3% to GDS w.e.f their joining month those who are joined as GDS after 1/1/2016 as per the procedure followed by the previous GDS Pay Commissions.
అదే విదంగా 1/1/2016 తరువాత ఉధ్యోగం లో చేరిన జి.డి యస్ లకు వారు ఏ నెల లో జాయిన్ అవుతారో,అప్పటి నుండి 12 నెలలు తరువాత నుండి 3% ఇంక్రిమెంట్ కల్పించాలి.
• This reflects to all GDS in their salary from Rs.1,000/- to Rs.15,000/- which may be cumilative when DA raised.
దీని వలన ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ రు,1,000 నుండి రూ,1500/- వరకూ ప్రతి నెల జీతం లో కలిసే అవకాశం మరియు DA పెరిగిన ప్రతిసారి ఇంకా ఎక్కవ జీతం లో పెరుగుదల ఉండే అవకాశం కల్గును.
Arrear formula should be followed as follows
New wage scale - TRCA + DA as on 1/1/2016
• అరియర్ అనేది 2.57 ఫిట్మెంట్ ఫాక్టర్ ప్రకారం నూతన వేజ్ స్కేల్ ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకొని కల్పించాలి.
For example Maximum scale ( Rs.4575/- ) GDS with 5 hours as on 1/1/2016 with a DA @ 125% will recieve the arrear as follows.
• ఉదా: 1/1/2016 నాటికి రు.4575/- బేసిక్ మరియు @125% DA కలిగి ఉన్న బి.పి.యమ్ కు
TRCA : Rs.4575/-
DA @ 125% : Rs.5719/
TRCA +DA : Rs.10,924/-
2.57 factor : Rs.11,758/-
corresponding TRCA for calculation of arrear : Rs.14,500
Difference between corresponding TRCA and.2.57 fitment factor: Rs.4206/-
Arrear due from : Jan' 2016 to June'18 ( 30 months)
As per Kamalesh Chandra Committee report the arrear should be paid for a Maximum scale GDS is : 30×4206 = Rs.1, 26, 180/-
If the BPM in TRCA Rs.2745/- , his arrear should be = Rs.84,720/-
But as per DoP formula all the GDS were got arrear from Rs.15,000/- to Rs.30,000/- only.
Where is our legitimate money as recommended by Kamalesh Chandra Commttee?
Is this money belongs to PMO, DoP, MoC & IT ?
So, we started War against the system who continously made the GDS as " down trodden ".

Joint biennial conference of NAPE c, NUPE PM&MTS and NUGDS of Parvatipuram Division : Andhra Pradesh Circle.
On 22-9-2019 joint biennial conference of NAPE c, NUPE PM&MTS and NUGDS of Parvatipuram division held at Hotel Saish Palace, Parvatipuram.
Sri Bellana Chandrasekhar, Hon'ble MP, Vizayanagaram, Sri Janapala Prasaad Babu, SRM Visakhapatnam, Sri Kantarao, SPOs Parvatipuram, Sri Sivaji Vasireddy, GS NAPE c, Sri Ch. Lakshminarayana CS NUGDS, Sri L.Krishnaprasad RR Visakhapatnam region, Sri Krishnamoorthy, President Co-op Society Vizag din Sri.Y. Narayanarao working president NUPE PM MTS AP circle are attended and addressed the conference.
After submitting declarations in April this is the first biennial conference and a large number of members are attended.
Sri Ranastalam Srnivasarao and Sri Goutam elected as Group c, DS Parvatipuram and Branch Secretary Bobbili unanimously. Sri Mallikarjun elected as DS PM MTS union and Sri P. Sitaram elected as DS NUGDS.
Circle union and CHQ conveyed best wishes to all newly elected office bearers. Two memorandums submitted to Hon'ble MP, regarding removal of Rule 3A(i) and extension of all welfare schemes of State Government to the GDS staff.

Workshop with representatives of service unions on sensitisation of IPPB.
Workshop with representatives of service unions on sensitisation of IPPB was held at Party Room I, Civil Services Officers Institute, Vinay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi -110021 on 19.9.2019.
On behalf of FNPO Sri.T.N.Rahate SG FNPO, Sri.Sivaji Vasireddy GS NAPE Gc, Sri.B.Shiva Kumar President NAPE Gc CHQ, Sri.G.Shankar Goud AGS NAPE Gc , Sri.N.Muzawar AGS NUPE PM&MTS ,Sri.A.Solanki Working President NUPE PM&MTS , Sri.Mahesh CS NUPE PM&MTS Kerala, Sri.P.U.Muraleedharan GS NUGDS , Sri.M.P.Chitra Sena President NUGDS were attended the work shop and submitted one Memorandum on the following issues.
• Consider IPPB work for calculation of workload to GDS staff instead incentive.
• Fix the targets for IPPB staff (field staff) and not for the end users.
• Counter PAs should be deployed on IPPB dedicated counters with providing additional manpower.
• The Posts of the officials who deputed (for 3 years which can be extended) to IPPB work should be filled up through recruitment.
• Field staff of IPPB should campaign in various institutions/industries to open salary accounts for their staff which will also help for our traditional savings bank business.
• Vide publicity though Print and electronic media about the features of IPPB services to the common public.
• Incentive/remuneration proposed for the Departmental staff should be credited automatically to their Personal accounts on monthly basis.
• Many of the third party services are included in the IPPB but the payment of PLI/RPLI premiums through IPPB which may help increase in transaction.
• Future vacancies in 650 branches of IPPB should be filled through our staff instead outsiders.
• Buffer stock of IPPB devices/mobiles may be maintained at sub - divisional level to replace the unserviceable to avoid inconvinience to the customers.
