Limited Transfer Facility to GDS - Committee Recommendations.

The Committee recommends relaxing the Limited Transfer Facility of GDS on request with following salient features.

NUGDS submitt specific cases to the GDS Pay Committee which were rejected unreasonbly by the Circles  and request the  liberal transfer for GDS in place of limited transfer.We enclose our Memorandum which was submitted to the GDS Pay Committee.
