GDS Transfer Rules : #Contrary to GDS Conduct & Engagement Rules, 2011.

As per Conduct & Engagement Rules, 2011 which were applicable to GDS , provision for transfer of  BPM to ABPM & Postal to RMS and vice versa is provided.

But , how DoP released order( dated 4.1.2019 ) by ignoring the Conduct & Engagement Rules,2011 , not to permit GDS to transfer from BPM to ABPM and Postal  to RMS vice versa.

This is the complete violation of GDS C&E Rules, 2011 by Department of Posts.
