Kamalesh Chandra Committee recommendations relaxing the Limited Transfer Facility of GDSs on request.

Directorate modifide the above recommendations and issued order. Let us see point wise as follows.

1. Maximum number of chances modified by the Department.

2.Transfer grounds were placed as same of Committee rec.

3.Approval powers changed by the Department.

4.Committee allow transfer of  ABPM to BPM with a condition of drop in wages. But Department not allowing the same.

5.Committe recommended that Dept.should prescribe norms for effecting transfers of GDSs within divisions on administrative/ vigilance reasons. But it was not ordered by DoP.

After modifying all these recommendations , how DoP mention in the Transfer order " after taking in to consideration of approved recommendations of Kamalesh Chandra Committee on transfer facility"

Not allowing ABPM to BPM transfer is  contrary to order dated 10.04.2012 , the same reproduced below
