Of course ,the ceiling 10% was removed from 2010 onwards and so many orders issued by the Directorate after 2010 ,for favouring GDS families ( DoP says like that ) why the GDS Compassionate Engagements highly decreased from 2010 to 2012.
What about 2012 to 2016?
There is no change at all.
Its gradually decreasing, decreasing.

We already dissussed and submitted some of the documents to the GDS Pay Committee
